Position: ERP Team Leader

Key responsibilities: Study and understand the product specifications and design Coding and module level testing. Understand functional business processes. Should be able to interface with the users, make presentations, conduct meetings, prepare documentation, carry out testing, provide training to users and ensure adherence to scope, schedule and budget. Learn and apply new technologies / languages as required. Minimum experience of 1-3 years of software development in ASP, PHP, .NET, JavaScript, JSP, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc, having worked in Business Applications.

Position: QA

Key responsibilities: Study and document the requirement specifications using Rational RequisitePro, etc. and prepare system design documentation. Carry out module level testing using manual and Automated test procedues using WinRunner, LoadRunner or Rational suite of products. Should preferably have Software Testing certificate like STQC etc. Learn and apply new technologies / languages as required Job qualifications. Minimum experience of 1-2 years of software quality assurance.
